la Nadiya measures to Covid-19: Updates

Dear our valued Guests,

As we are in a new-normal situation regarding Corona Virus, there are new steps that must be taken to ensure your safety and reliable experiences at la Nadiya Pahawang Island.

Some things you should know that we have been doing as a countermeasure to guarantee your vacation is not affected by any hinderance. Your trip should stay safe and fun.

New Normal at la Nadiya Pahawang Island

la Nadiya ensures the safety and cleanliness of all our facilities, our staff have undergone the two vaccinations for Covid-19, and constantly run every safety protocol at all times. Self-protection kits will now be openly provided: mask, hand-sanitizer, new supplies overturn. All guests are to follow the new policy provided by la Nadiya that is enforced by the local government.

The Health and Safety of our Guests

Our guests who plan the trip with la Nadiya must be in a healthy condition, having no symptoms or signs of Covid-19: no respiratory problems, fever, headache, flu, muscle aches and loss sense of smell or cannot taste normally.

Booking and Cancellation

la Nadiya only accepts change or cancellation with full refund before 3 days of arrival as booking, after this la Nadiya will not accept any change or cancellation made to booking for a full refund.

Cancellation due to Unforeseen Outcomes

If our guests may have been affected or get Covid-19 symptoms by the time of arrival through health check at the port, then la Nadiya is commited to refund 50% of the total amount in the booking and trip will be postphoned or cancelled.

Travel Document Required

Please bring with you the required travel documents which declare that you are free from Covid-19 and are safe to travel; you are required to bring the Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and Antigen Letter, these documents should be sent via Message or e-Mail after you have completed the vaccination at your verified labotary, if not sent please download PeduliLindungi application on your smartphone for proof confirmation.
