New Habits at la Nadiya Pahawang Island

Self-protection kits will now be provided (mask, hand-sanitizer, new supplies overturn) for our guests. All guests are to follow the new policy provided by la Nadiya that is enforced by the local government.

The Health and Safety of our Guests

Our guests who plans the trip with la Nadiya must be in healthy condition, having no symptoms or signs of Covid-19: no respiratory problems, fever, headache, flu, muscle aches and loss sense of smell or cannot taste normally.

Booking and Cancellation

la Nadiya only accepts changes or cancellation with full refund before 3 days of arrival to booking, after this la Nadiya will not accept any changes or cancellation made to booking.

Cancellation due to Unforeseen Outcomes

If our guests may have been affected or get Covid-19 symptoms by the time of arrival through health check in the port, then la Nadiya is responsible to refund 50% of the total amount in the booking and trip will be postphoned or cancelled.
